Terms and Policy for export procedure

  • These terms and conditions apply to all export transactions between Advik LLC and its overseas clients.
  • All agreements are subject to international trade laws and applicable export control regulations.
  • All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders ae confirmed only upon receipt of an official purchase order and advance payment or agreed financial instrument (e.g. Letter of credit)
  • Changes to order must be made in writing and are subject to exporter's approval.
  • Accepted methods of payment: Bank Transfer (T/T), Letter of credit (L/C), etc.
  • Standard payment term: 100% advance or 70% advance & 30% before shipment (unless agreed otherwise)
  • Delayed payment may attract interest or shipment hold.
  • Delivery terms are based on incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW,DAP)
  • Estimated delivery time is provided upon order confirmation and is subject to change due to logistics and customs procedures.
  • Risk passes to buyer upon dispatch/shipment depending on the incoterm agreed.
  • Standard documents includes commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading/airway bill, certificate of origin and any additional documents requested by buyer.
  • All products are inspected before dispatch.
  • Third-party inspections can be arranged at buyer's cost upon request.
  • Warranty terms vary by product type and are stated in the product description.
  • Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 7 days.
  • Exporter is not responsible for damages caused during transit unless insured by exporter.
  • Exporter is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g. war, natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions).
  • Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of country and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in country.
  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on trade terms, prices, and business practices.
