Terms and Policy

These terms and conditions apply to all exports transactions between Ädvik LLC and its overseas clients.
All agreements are subject to international trade laws and applicable exports control regulations.
Prices are quoted in [USD/EUR/Other] and are exclusive of taxes, duties, shipping, and insurance unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of an official purchase order and advance payment or agreed financial instrument. (e.g. Letter of credit).
Changes to orders must be made in writing and are subject to exporter's approval.
Accepted methods of payment: Bank transfer (T/T), Letter of credit (L/C), Paypal, etc.
Standard payment term: 100% advance or 70% advance & 30% before shipment.
Delayed payment may attract interest or shipment hold.
Delivery terms are based on incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc).
Estimated delivery time is provided upon order confirmation and is subject to change due to logistics and customs procedures.
Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch/shipment depending on the incoterm agreed.
All products are inspected before dispatch.
Third-party inspections can be arranged at buyer's cost upon request.
Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 7 days. of receipt.
Exporter is not responsible for damages caused during transit unless insured by exporter.
Exporter is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g. war, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions etc).
Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of country and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in city/country.
